Nat Kwabena Anokye-Adisi

Over the years, he has developed into one of the nation’s foremost authorities in media management, business development and event production. SCHOLASTIC ACHIEVER

Mr Adisi attended Accra Academy, where he attained his Secondary School certificate. This was where he began his journey down the destined path when he was appointed the Entertainment Prefect, after which, he was unanimously selected to be the Entertainment Secretary for Legon Hall at The University of Ghana, where he attained a Diploma in Public Administration.

Nathan’s maintenance of his leadership aptitude continued through his role as Entertainment Secretary on the Student Representative Council while he pursued another degree. With another certificate recognizing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Central University, his thirst for knowledge progressed being awarded an MBA in Global Business and Sustainability on the Social Entrepreneurship Track from the Catholic University of Sacred Heart of Milan (ALTIS) and the Catholic Institute of Business and Technology (CIBT). His “can-do”, positive outlook on life enabled him to do this via distance learning while still maintaining Executive-level positions as well as a progressive and highly active profile, internationally.

As the Chief Executive Officer for both EIB Network and Empire Group of Companies, Nat Kwabena Anokye Adisi is helping to mold the dynamic of the contemporary media landscape in Ghana, and soon beyond. Determined to steer this change, Nat Kwabena Anokye-Adisi has paid his dues climbing up the ropes of the industry.

Adisi joined Top Radio after Radio Universe, where he hosted ‘Top City Jam’ while still a student at the University of Ghana. Years after, and after diligent hard work as a radio broadcaster, Bola Ray was the first African and Ghanaian to host ‘Top of the Pops’ on BBC Radio, proving that he was steady on his course to promote Ghanaian music on the international music scene. Within this same span of time, proving his worth, he progressed to the position of one of the country’s finest radio presenters. In 2003, he moved to Joy FM to become the host of the Drive Time Show, leading it to be recognized as the most influential drive time show on radio inGhana.

After serving faithfully for 11 years, he moved to pastures anew as he joined the EIB Network as their CEO. Now leading a team of over 200 passionate, like-minded individuals, they collectively work tirelessly to continue efforts to revolutionize Ghana’s media industry. Under his leadership, and in less than 2 years of existence, the network rivals its elders in the industry; a sign of what’s to come.

With a client base of over 20 million, Mobile Telecommunication Network (MTN) once selected him to be a brand ambassador. He faithfully represented the brand for over 3 years. Philanthropist

The Empire Foundation is at the heart of the Empire Group of companies championed by Nat Adisi. It is via this medium that he is able to quench his philanthropic passion. Previously outdoored as the National Drivers’ Academy (NDA’s) Ambassador for Driver Education and Training, his mandate as an Ambassador was to drive NDA’s publicity efforts to increase awareness for driver education and training, spearhead NDA’s sponsorship programmes and road shows which would be focused on discouraging negative practices such as drunk driving and the use of mobile phones while driving.
As part of his social responsibilities, he has embarked on a number of charity projects and also made some donations to a number of needy institutions in the country. As an ambassador for the SOS Villages Ghana, he annually champions the campaign for support of the children’s villages and those in need buy collecting pledges. Aside this, he also makes a significant financial contribution annually while facilitating a concert and refreshments for the pupils. Calling
on his friends across the divide, he affords the children opportunities to meet and interact with some of those individuals who they look up to. Other charities which he supports include the JOYKOL Needy Home and School, a local facility and complex school for those less fortunate
